Our commitment to the security and privacy of your data
1. Information Security Policy
InBot is a chatbot and Artificial Intelligence platform with proprietary technology. Through our platform and exclusive methodologies, we always aim to maximize the results of our clients in a short time.
The protection of information and data processed by InBot is considered a fundamental commitment to maintaining the trust of clients, partners, employees, and users of our platform.
This Information Security Policy establishes the principles, guidelines, and measures adopted by InBot to protect information assets, following market best practices, applicable legal requirements, and the principles of the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018).
2. Objectives of the Information Security Policy
We can basically summarize the objective of our Information Security Policy in five fundamental points:
Transparency
We guarantee transparency with the data subject, making it clear what the reason for collection is and how long we will store that data. Making it clear that at any time the data subject can request the deletion of their information.
Integrity
The integrity of information is taken into consideration. That is, only changes expressly authorized by the data subject can be made. We ensure the protection of information against improper, accidental, or unauthorized changes, preserving its accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Confidentiality
Only authorized users have permission to access your information within our platform.
Availability
We guarantee that data and information are accessible and usable for use and proper handling, as long as this handling is within the law.

Finally, we emphasize that the purpose of data storage carried out by InBot is always legitimate and informed to the data subjects, thus aiming to maintain the highest possible security for our clients and partners.
3. Guidelines
After citing the main objectives of our Information Security Policy, it is also relevant to present the guidelines that guide daily activities in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). They are:
InBot adopts adequate technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, improper disclosure, loss, alteration, or destruction. The internal team's knowledge of information security is strengthened through periodic training and evaluations. We ensure that client and partner data is accessed and processed only by duly authorized persons.
We periodically conduct validations related to data collected by our virtual assistants, as well as the treatments applied to this information, making adjustments and adaptations according to the sensitivity of stored data. Access to our network follows authorization criteria compatible with the role and area of activity of each employee. Likewise, platform access is granted after prior training, with profiles configured according to actual usage needs.
Employees are responsible for creating their own access credentials, which must meet the organization's internal complexity and periodic update standards. We regularly review our consent terms, Privacy Policy, and Information Security Policy, seeking to ensure continuous compliance with applicable legislation and market best practices.
Additionally, InBot maintains a continuous risk management process related to Information Security and Data Protection, carried out through a corporate governance and compliance platform. This process encompasses the identification, analysis, assessment, treatment, and monitoring of risks, enabling the adoption of preventive and corrective measures compatible with the identified criticality level, strengthening information protection and the organization's regulatory compliance.
InBot's Information Security Policy is reviewed at least once a year or when there are significant changes in the law, so we can guarantee up-to-date material in line with market requirements.
